I'm a native of NH. I enjoy learning about history and and other cultures, going to museums and the theater, and watching indie and foreign films but I also enjoy the latest blockbuster movies and popular TV shows. I'm an introvert, but you know what they say about still waters? I'm looking for someone who enjoys creative things such as theater, books, music and art, or at least someone who is open-minded and willing to try new things. Most of all I'm looking for someone who knows how to laugh and has a good sense of humor. I'm not adventuresome in the skydiving way (although tried the indoor variety and enjoyed the feeling of flying), but more in a getting-out-of-my-comfort-zone sort of way. I am very interested in travel, both foreign and domestic. I lived in Japan for two years during my 20s. The flight to Japan was the first time I ever was on a plane, so when I do something, I do it big, although taking things slowly and in smaller steps has its merits as well. I have been working with teenagers in an academic field for many years now. It's a lot of work, but very rewarding when they let me know they appreciate what I do, and when I see their smiles and energy for life. I just got back from NYC where I saw Hamilton! It was so wonderful! Was never into rap before, but I have learned to appreciate the poetry of it. This is a truly singular piece of work. I'm a just a bit obsessed with it at the moment. LOL! I don't expect my partner to be my clone. Not everyone is into musicals like me, but I would love it if you could sit beside me in the theater sometime. The exciting and interesting thing about meeting someone new is learning about what interests and excites them, even if it isn't necessarily my thing.I'm looking for a cheerleader, and I'm looking for someone who I can be a cheerleader for. I won't be beside you jumping out of airplanes if you're a skydiver, but I'll be on the ground waiting and cheering for you if that is your thing. As long as we can be beside each other and with each other walking through life. I try to respect other political beliefs and opinions as a rule, but if you voted for Trump, I do not think that we will be a good match. We just will not have enough common ground in our beliefs.
